Need to reschedule your cleaning? No problem! Just tell us when you’d like service by selecting a new date from the below calendar. A confirmation will be provided to you by one of our representatives once we have double checked our existing schedule. Please note, since our top notch cleaning professionals book up well in advance, E-Z Clean requires a notice of two business days to reschedule a cleaning. Kindly refer to our policies page for more details.”

Policy Information

All orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable; however, appointments may be rescheduled once free of charge, (subsequent rescheduling with $50 fee), except for the following:.

  • Any time beyond 72 hours of date of service – no charge
  • Within 72 hours of scheduled service – $50 reschedule fee
  • Within 48 hours of scheduled service – $100 reschedule fee
  • Within 24 hours of scheduled service – 50% of order
  • Same day of scheduled service – 100% of order

Any deviation to the above will be at E-Z Clean’s sole discretion whose decision is final.
