If you are using a Groupon/Living Social voucher then be sure to use their “Redemption Code” and NOT their “Order Code”. Do NOT use the alpha/numeric code that has hyphens in it.
Example: LG-SNGX-T6C9-B36G-4J33 - THIS IS WRONG NUMBER
The format of the code to use will be alpha/numeric, with upper and lower case letters, and without any hyphens.
Example: 280TVEiJ9h0828 - THIS IS CORRECT FORMAT AND IS CASE SENSITIVE
If after inserting the correct code there is still an issue then a) clear the cache in your browser (if you do not know how to do this then click https://new.e-zclean4u.com/cache/), b) try again after clearing the cache, c) if the problem still persists then contact us for assistance by sending a text message to (201) 886-2515 with a screenshot of the voucher together with the name associated with the voucher purchase.
